Complete Commercial Property Maintenance in Riverview, FL

Dog Gon It! Softwash received this complete commercial property maintenance project located in Riverview Florida through our partnership with Allen's Four Seasons Landscaping. Originally the property manager was looking for a commercial pressure washing of the dumpster pad area to remove a heavy layer of grease and grime, as well as the front entrance to the Outback Express restaurant. As we were pulling into the parking lot it was clear this property needed more than just a dumpster pad cleaning. We submitted a quote to clean the building, fence, sidewalks, and dumpster pad, which was accepted by the property management company.

We arrived early the following morning and instantly got to work on the eight thousand-plus square foot exterior. Working our way from Kay Jewelers to Outback Express (left to right) we sprayed our low-pressure chemical application to melt away the algae. After adequate dwell time, we thoroughly rinsed the front portion of the property and moved on to the sidewalks and entrances with our commercial-grade surface cleaner. Once the front was completed we moved to the side and rear and repeated the process. The side of the building facing North had an accumulation of algae that required a "hotter" mix. Once the sides and rear were complete we moved on to the vinyl fence which appeared to have not been cleaned in a while. We quickly destroyed the algae and with a quick rinse, the white vinyl fence was shining bright in the Florida sun. Lastly is the dumpster pad and rear sidewalk area. This large area was covered with months of grease and grime. Using a specially formulated degreaser, surface cleaner, and some good old-fashioned elbow grease, we were able to bring layers of grease and grime to the surface to be washed away. This high-traffic and heavily soiled area required the most work and yielded amazing results.
